质量流量计增强密度功能在测量淀粉干物质量中的应用

摘要 在玉米淀粉行业中,玉米淀粉浆或分解的淀粉糖浆的干物质量是关系到质量控制和产品结算的关键参数,大多企业使用人工检罐,效率低、精度差,高准质量流量计的增强密度功能成功解决了这一难题。它利用质量流量计测量的工况密度和温度,结合输入到质量流量计中的不同温度下的浓度-密度数值矩阵,采用曲线拟合技术得到玉米淀粉浆的在线浓度或淀粉糖浆的糖度,然后根据质量流量在线计算和实时输出玉米淀粉浆或淀粉糖浆的干物质量。 In the corn starch industry,the dry matter quality of corn starch slurry or decomposed starch syrup is a key parameter related to quality control and product settlement.Most enterprises use manual inspection tanks,which are inefficient and of poor accuracy.The enhanced density function of high-precision mass flowmeter successfully solves this problem.It uses the working condition density and temperature measured by the mass flowmeter,combined with the concentration density numerical matrix input to the mass flowmeter at different temperatures,uses the curve fitting technology to obtain the online concentration of corn starch slurry or the sugar content of starch syrup,and then calculates and outputs the dry mass of corn starch slurry or starch syrup online and in real time according to the mass flow.
