还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方甘草酸苷治疗酒精性肝硬化患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Reduced Glutathione Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Patients with Alcoholic Cirrhosis

目的在治疗酒精性肝硬化患者的过程中应用还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方甘草酸苷,分析该治疗措施的临床疗效。方法随机选取2021年12月—2022年12月祁阳市人民医院消化内科收治的60例酒精性肝硬化患者为研究对象,以电脑抽号法将所有患者均分为观察组(n=30,还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方甘草酸苷治疗)与对照组(n=30,复方甘草酸苷治疗)。对比两组患者接受治疗后的效果。结果观察组的总有效率为96.66%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05)。观察组患者的TNF-α、IL-6及胆囊壁厚度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的血清甲状腺激素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合复方甘草酸苷治疗酒精性肝硬化患者,可促进患者的恢复,改善TNF-α、IL-6、胆囊壁厚度及血清甲状腺激素水平。

Objective To apply reduced glutathione combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis and to analyze the clinical efficacy of this therapeutic measure.Methods 60 patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Qiyang People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into the observation group(n=30,reduced glutathione combined with compound Glycyrrhizin)and the control group(n=30,compound Glycyrrhizin)by the computer drawing method.Compared the effect between the two groups of patients after receiving treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.66%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).TNF-α,IL-6 and gallbladder wall thickness of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum thyroid hormones level in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with compound Glycyrrhizin glycoside can promote the recovery of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis and improve TNF-α、IL-6,gallbladder wall thickness and serum Thyroid hormones levels.
