舒必利配合基于三维护理分级模型的个性化护理对精神分裂症患者的影响

THE EFFECT OF SULPIRIDE COORDINATED WITH PERSONALIZED NURSING BASED ON THREE-DIMENSIONAL NURSING GRADING MODEL ON SCHIZOPHRENIA PATIENTS

目的探讨精神分裂症患者的治疗及护理配合方法。方法将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,各40例。两组均给予口服舒必利片,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于三维护理分级模型的个性化护理。观察两组临床效果。结果观察组有效率为95%,高于对照组的72.5%(χ^(2)=7.44,P=0.006);干预后观察组生活质量各维度、婚姻状况和社会功能评分升高幅度明显优于对照组(t=5.63~8.20,P<0.01)。结论口服舒必利片配合基于三维护理分级模型的个性化护理有助于提高精神分裂症患者的临床效果。

Objective To explore the coordinating treatment and nursing methods for patients with schiz-ophrenia.Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given oral sulpiride tablets.The control group received routine care,while the research group received personalized care based on a three-dimensional nursing grading model.The clinical effects in the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate was 95%in the observation group,while 72.5%in the control group(χ^(2)=7.44,P=0.006).After intervention,the research group showed a significantly greater increase in various dimensions of quality of life,marital status and social function scores than the control group(t=5.63-8.20,P<0.01).Conclusion The combined use of sulpiride tablets and personalized nursing based on a three-dimensional nursing grading model can help im-prove the clinical effect on schizophrenia patients.
