专业群视域下内陆地区物流快递类产业学院建设逻辑研究

Research on the Construction Logic of Logistics and Express Industry Colleges in Inland Regions from the Perspective of Specialty Groups

随着《现代产业学院建设指南(试行)》《中华人民共和国职业教育法》等政策的发布,国家出台了多项举措来支持职业教育的高质量发展,鼓励校企深度融合,推动校企的共建、共荣、共赢。依据内陆地区物流快递产业转型升级下的人才需求,以贵州某高职院校为例,基于物流快递专业群组群逻辑,探索了内陆地区物流快递类产业学院的建设逻辑,以增强学科专业与区域产业的契合度,促进产业需求侧与教育供给侧的精准匹配,进而为贵州物流快递提供高素质技术技能人才。

With the Guidelines for the Construction of Modern Industrial Colleges(Trial),Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China and other policies,the country has introduced multiple measures to support the high-quality development of vocational education,to encourage deep integration between schools and enterprises,and promote joint construction,prosperity,and win-win development between schools and enterprises.Based on the talent demand under the transformation and upgrading of the logistics and express delivery industry in inland areas,this paper takes a vocational college in Guizhou as an example,and explores the construction logic of logistics and express delivery industry colleges in inland areas based on the logic of logistics and express delivery professional groups.It aims to enhance the compatibility between disciplines and regional industries,promote precise matching between industry demand side and education supply side,and provide high-quality technical and skilled logistics and express delivery talents for Guizhou.
