摘要
介绍了新疆宜化高盐废水零排放处理工艺及流程,针对该项目投运后存在的加热器结垢、系统真空度不足、离心机分盐后结晶盐水分高、化学清洗时管路腐蚀、分离器除雾丝网除雾效果差、水处理能力达不到设计值等问题,进行了相应的技术改造和操作优化。改造后,单套装置水处理量由15 t/h提高至35 t/h,两套装置每年可减排废水、节约一次水32万t。
The zero discharge treatment technology and process flow for hypersaline wastewater in Xinjiang Yihua Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.were introduced.After the project was put into operation,corresponding technical renovations and operational optimizations were carried out to address issues such as heater scaling,insufficient system vacuum,high concentration of crystallized salt water after the centrifugation,pipeline corrosion during the chemical cleaning,poor demisting effect of separator demisting wire mesh,and water treatment capacity not meeting the design value.After the renovation,the water treatment capacity of a single set had been increased from 15 t/h to 35 t/h.The two sets could reduce wastewater discharge and save 320000 tons of water annually.
