摘要
为进一步提升饮用水品质,宁波市江东水厂于2016年完成膜工艺改造,改造工程将原有虹吸滤池改造为浸没式超滤膜池,总规模为20×10^(4)m^(3)/d,改造投产后有效提升了出水水质。根据水厂多年来的实际运行情况,对超滤膜的运行方式包括过滤产水、维护性化学清洗与恢复性化学清洗等过程进行了摸索,优化工艺并确定了合理的运行参数,可为超滤膜工艺应用于老厂改造及运行维护提供借鉴。
Ningbo Jiangdong waterworks completed membrane process transformation in 2016 to effectively improve the quality of drinking water.The original siphon filter was transformed into immersed ultrafiltration membrane tank with a total capacity of 20×10^(4)m^(3)/d,which effectively improved the effluent quality and provided a demonstration for the upgrading of the waterworks.According to the actual operation of the waterworks for many years,the operation mode of ultrafiltration membrane,including filtration water production and chemical cleaning for maintenance and recovery were explored.The process was optimized and the reasonable operation parameters were determined,which provides a reference for the application of ultrafiltration membrane technology in the transformation,operation and maintenance of the old waterworks.
