青春期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)中西医相关研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Adolescent PCOS

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是临床上很难彻底根治的妇科内分泌病症,多表现为月经不规则、异常子宫出血;高雄激素血症、多毛、长痤疮;糖脂代谢异常;肥胖等。青春期PCOS患者不仅表现为月经不规律,也容易出现多毛和面部痤疮。这些表现极易与正常生理现象相混淆,而疏于诊断,青春期PCOS与其他时期在中医证型及代谢等方面的特征仍存在差异,就青春期PCOS在中医证型、体质及内分泌与代谢等方面进行总结,以便为临床治疗提供参考。

Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)is a gynecological endocrine disease that is difficult to be completely eradicated in clinical practice.It is usually characterized by irregular menstruation and abnormal uterine bleeding,hyperandrogenism,hirsutism,acne,abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,obesity,etc.Adolescent PCOS patients are not only characterized by irregular menstruation,but also prone to hairy and facial acne.These manifestations are easily confused with normal physiological phenomena,and the treatments neglect the diagnosis.There are still differences between adolescent PCOS and other periods in the characteristics of TCM syndrome types and metabolism.This paper summarized the characteristics of adolescent PCOS in TCM syndrome types,constitutions,endocrine and metabolism,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
