新形势下高校毕业生就业现状及对策研究——以广西科技大学7000名毕业生为样本

Research on the Employment Situation of College Graduates under the New Situation and Countermeasures--Take 7000 Graduates of Guangxi University of Science and Technology as the Sample

新形势下国内经济发展动力仍显不足,高校毕业生数量逐年递增,高校毕业生就业形势面临严峻挑战。本研究以广西科技大学为例,采用问卷调查法以及访谈法,对其展开高校就业现状及对策的相关研究和分析,厘清新形势下高校就业目前存在的问题和不足,并结合当下相关就业扶持政策并提出相关改善意见和对策,旨在为今后高校就业工作能够更好地发挥实效提供一定指导。

Under the new Situation,the domestic economic development momentum is still insufficient,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,and the employment situation of college graduates is facing severe challenges.Taking Guangxi University of Science and Technology as an example,this study adopts questionnaire survey method and interview method to carry out research and analysis on the current situation of college employment and countermeasures,clarifies the problems and shortcomings of college employment under the new situation.And it combines the current employment support policies and puts forward relevant improvement opinions and countermeasures,aiming to provide some guidance for the future college employment work to be more effective.
