商务英语翻译教学中学生信息素养能力的培养

Cultivation of Students’Information Literacy in the Teaching of Business English Translation Course

现代社会科技迅猛发展,信息素养已不仅仅是图书馆馆员等专业人士所需要掌握的能力,还拓展到高校课程教学中。商务英语翻译课程同样非常需要学生具备一定的信息素养能力,但是目前,除了信息类、技术类课程,其他课程普遍对学生信息素养能力的培养重视和强调不足。基于中国高校商务英语翻译课程的现状,探讨该课程中学生信息素养能力培养的重要性、必要性、迫切性,然后提出建议,主要从三个方面探讨如何在商务英语翻译教学中培养学生的信息素养能力,包括信息素养意识、信息素养技能和信息素养伦理。望借此辅助学生提高商务英语翻译技能,并学会融会贯通,以培养更加适应现代社会和企业需求的人才。

With the rapid development of science and technology in modern society,information literacy is not only an ability that librarians and other relevant professionals need to master,but has also become a necessary part in the teaching of college courses.Business English Translation course also requires students to have certain information literacy ability.But at present,except for information and technology courses,in other courses,teachers generally pay insufficient attention to the cultivation of students’information literacy ability.Based on the present situation of Business English Translation course in China’s colleges,it is found that cultivating college students’information literacy ability in the teaching of Business English Translation course is very important,necessary,and urgent.And then some suggestions are put forward to explore how to cultivate students’information literacy ability mainly from three aspects,in terms of information literacy idea,information literacy skills,and information literacy norms,hoping to help students improve their business English translation skills,and apply their information literacy ability to other fields,so as to cultivate talents who can better satisfy the needs of modern society and enterprises.
