摘要
目的:探讨大学生手机依赖倾向、自我控制水平以及认知失败之间的关系,并考察自我控制在手机依赖和认知失败之间的中介作用。方法:采用方便随机取样的方式,从河南省某两所本科院校的几个班级选取调查被试,运用手机依赖指数量表、自我控制量表和认知失败量表进行调查,对最终的460名有效被试问卷进行分析。结果:①积差相关分析显示,大学生手机依赖与认知失败呈显著正相关(r=0.48,P<0.01),与自我控制呈显著负相关(r=-0.55,P<0.01);自我控制与认知失败呈现显著的负相关(r=-0.55,P<0.01);②中介效应检验表明,自我控制在手机依赖和认知失败间起部分中介作用,效应值是0.23,占总效应量的45.94%。结论:手机依赖可以直接影响认知失败,也能通过减弱大学生的自我控制水平间接导致个体认知失败。
Objective:To explore the relationship between phone dependence,self-control level and cognitive failures in college students,and to investigate the mediating role of self-control between mobile phone dependence and cognitive failures.Methods:Subjects were randomly selected from two universities in Henan Province.The Mobile Phone Addiction Index,Self-control Scale and the Cognitive Failures Questionnaire were used to measure the levels of phone dependence,self-control and cognitive failures in college students.Results:①The Pearson correlation showed that phone dependence was in a positive correlation with cognitive failures(r=0.48,P<0.01);Phone dependence was significantly and negatively correlated with self-control(r=-0.55,P<0.01);Self-control was significantly and negatively correlated with cognitive failures(r=-0.55,P<0.01);②The mediating analysis showed that self-control could play a partial mediating effect between phone dependence and cognitive failures in college students,with an effect value of 0.23,accounting for 45.94%of the total variance.Conclusion:Phone dependence not only directly affects cognitive failures,but also indirectly influences cognitive failures through self-control.
