摘要
随着中国社会的发展,金属材料使用领域在逐渐拓展,在工业生产中更是有广泛的应用,基于材料的使用寿命及安全性考虑,材料的加工工艺也在不断的优化。文章总结、分析了金属材料的种类、主要性能等,进而研究金属材料热处理与其性能之间的关系。通过金属的热处理工艺及技术在化学薄膜表面渗透、激光热处理、振动热处理、金属材料超硬涂层热处理等领域的应用举例,进一步探究热处理工艺及其应用,从而提升材料的加工质量,延长设备使用寿命。
With the social development of China,the application field of metal materials is expanding,it has a wide range of applications in industry.Based on the lifetime and safety considerations of materials,the processing technology of materials is also continuously optimized.This article summarizes and analyzes the types and main properties of metal materials,furthermore studies the relationship between heat treatment of metal materials and their properties.Through the application of metal heat treatment processes and technologies in the fields of chemical thin film surface infiltration,laser heat treatment,vibration heat treatment,and metal material superhard coating heat treatment,further research on heat treatment processes and their applications to improve the processing quality of materials and extend the service life of equipment.
