摘要
智能水基钻井液能够克服传统钻井液指向性不明确、制备流程复杂及普适性差等工艺缺陷,是当前油气钻井工程领域的研究重点。本文详细介绍了当下水基钻井液的发展现状,着重综述了智能流型调节、润滑、防漏堵漏及页岩抑制材料在水基钻井液中的应用研究进展。对比了各个智能钻井液工艺的技术优势,深入探讨了智能水基钻井液在技术、经济、环保等层面存在的问题和不足,并给出了针对性的发展对策,最后展望了我国智能钻井液技术的未来发展前景。
Intelligent water-based drilling fluid can overcome the process defects of traditional drilling fluid such as unclear directionality,complex preparation process and poor universality,and is the focus of current research in the field of oil and gas drilling engineering.This paper introduces the current development status of water-based drilling fluids in detail,and focuses on the research progress of intelligent flow pattern adjustment,lubrication,leakage prevention and plugging and shale inhibition materials in water-based drilling fluids.The technical advantages of various intelligent drilling fluid processes were compared,and the problems and deficiencies of intelligent water-based drilling fluids in terms of technology,economy,and environmental protection were discussed in depth,and targeted development countermeasures were given.The future of development prospects of intelligent drilling fluid technology in China were looked foward to.
