摘要
目的:探讨横断面调查非医学专业大学生心肺复苏(CPR)急救技能知识需求。方法:用便利抽样方式选择2020年1月—2021年12月多所高校的3 262名非医学专业大学生为研究对象,分析非医学专业大学生CPR急救技能知识掌握情况、了解CPR的途径、CPR技能自我评定以及希望获取CPR急救知识的方式。结果:共发放问卷3 262份,有效回收3 160份,有效回收率为96.87%;CPR急救技能知识合格310名(9.81%),良好53名(1.68%),不合格2 797名(88.51%);有培训经历者CPR急救技能知识掌握合格/良好率高于无培训经历者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、年级者CPR急救技能知识掌握合格/良好率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);非医学专业大学生主要通过电视了解CPR(36.01%),其次为网络(28.01%);多认为自己无法正确实施胸外按压与人工呼吸;87.5%的非医学专业大学生愿意学习心肺复苏知识,多数学生希望通过医院、学校培训获取CPR相关知识。结论:非医学专业大学生CPR急救技能知识掌握率有待提高,多数学生愿意学习心肺复苏知识,建议结合学校情况在校内开展CRP培训,有助于提高学生CPR知识掌握程度。
Objective:To explore a cross-sectional investigation on the knowledge demand of first aid skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)among non-medical college students.Methods:A total of 3262 non-medical college students from colleges and universities in Jiangxi province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected by convenience sampling method to analyze the knowledge of CPR skills,the way to understand CPR,the self-assessment of CPR skills and the way to obtain CPR knowledge.Results:A total of 3262 questionnaires were sent out,and 3160 were effectively recovered with effective recovery rate of 96.87%.310(9.81%)were qualified,53(1.68%)were good,and 2797(88.51%)were unqualified.The qualified/good rate of CPR skills and knowledge of those with training experience was higher than those without training experience,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the qualified/good rate of CPR skills knowledge among different genders and grades(P>0.05).Non-medical college students mainly learned CPR through TV,accounting for 36.01%,followed by the Internet,accounting for 28.01%.Most of them think they can not correctly perform chest compressions and artificial respiration.Most non-medical college students are willing to learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation,accounting for 87.50%.Most students hope to acquire CPR related knowledge through training in hospitals and schools.Conclusion:The knowledge of CPR skills of non-medical college students needs to be improved,and most students are willing to learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation.It is suggested to carry out CRP training in school according to the situation of schools,which can help improve students'knowledge of CPR.
