卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结直肠癌的效果观察

Effect Observation of Capecitabine Combined with Oxaliplatin in Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

目的:探讨卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结直肠癌的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月甘肃医学院附属医院收治的86例晚期结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组应用卡培他滨治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用奥沙利铂治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、疾病控制率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组各不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组癌胚抗原、糖类抗原125、糖类抗原19-9水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期结直肠癌的效果显著,可降低患者肿瘤标志物水平,抑制肿瘤进展,调节免疫,且安全性高。

Objective:To explore the effect of capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 86 patients with advanced colorectal cancer who were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with capecitabine,and the observation group was treated with oxaliplatin on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate and disease control rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen,carbohydrate antigen 125 and carbohydrate antigen 19-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Capecitabine combined with oxaliplatin has a significant effect in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,it can reduce the level of tumor markers,inhibit tumor progression,regulate immunity,and have high safety.
