摘要
结合医院交接班现状和需求,给出一种以医院信息系统为平台,应用标准化医护沟通模式(Situation Background Assessment Recommendation,SBAR)建立医生交接班系统的设计方案。实践表明,SBAR医生交接班系统的实施,提高了医生的工作效率,降低了差错发生率,提升了医疗质量,对于医院交接班规范管理和信息化建设具有重要的现实意义。
Combined with the current situation and needs of hospital shift handover,this paper presents a design scheme for establishing a doctor shift handover system based on the hospital information system and the standardized Situation Background Assessment Recommendation(SBAR)model.Practice has shown that the implementation of the SBAR doctor handover system has improved the work efficiency of doctors,reduced error rates,and improved medical quality.It has important practical significance for standardized management and information construction of hospital handover.
