文化双融视角下案例教学法的创新与实践 被引量:2

摘要 案例教学法在中国的管理学课程中已经得到广泛应用,现阶段的教学改革应着重于推进它与本土教育文化的有机融合,文化双融视角下的教学创新探索即是一次有力的尝试。文化双融是指不同思维方式或行为模式的内在整合与连接,本质是平衡差异与超越对立。一方面,在案例教学理念上,东西方教育哲学存在问题的解构与整合、独立思考与群体智慧、因材施教等值得文化双融之处;另一方面,在案例教学方式上,可以基于过程导向,从课前、课中、课后设计文化双融案例教学模式的基本流程并进行课堂实践检验,实现教学理念之“道”与教学方式之“器”的相得益彰。 The case teaching method introduced from the West has been widely used in the management courses in China.The current teaching reform should focus on promoting its organic integration with Chinese education culture,and an ambicultural model is a powerful attempt.Ambiculturalism refers to the internal integration and connection of different modes of thinking or behaviors,and its essence is to balance differences and transcend opposites.As with teaching philosophy,there are some opposites or similarities that are ambicultural between the East and the West in the aspects of problem deconstruction and integration,independent thinking and group wisdom,or individualized teaching.As with teaching approaches,ambiculturalism can apply the above mentioned teaching philosophy to the process-oriented class design and practice,serving the complementation of Taoism and the application of case teaching.
