摘要
随着经济社会发展,企业和职工对健康的需求日益增加,实现职业病危害因素实时监测和评价愈发重要。电力行业职业病危害因素以化学和物理危害因素为主,可能存在粉尘、化学毒物、噪声等危害因素超标,部分企业应用在线监测系统实现了职业病危害因素实时监测和评价。职业病危害因素在线监测系统通常由传感器部分、集中控制单元和数据处理平台三部分组成,应用该系统能实现危害因素超标预测、预警和应急响应等。目前电力行业的在线监测系统重点应用于安全生产和环境保护领域,尚缺乏在职业健康领域的应用。因此,未来需要在原有监测系统基础上进行结构优化和功能完善,实现安全生产、环境保护和职业健康同步监测、评价及响应。
With economic and social development,enterprises and workers have an increasing demand for health,and it is increasingly critical to realize real-time monitoring and evaluation of occupational hazardous factors.Occupational hazards in the power industry are mainly chemical and physical,and they may be dust,chemical poisons,noise,and other hazards that exceed occupational exposure limits.Some enterprises apply online monitoring systems to realize real-time monitoring and evaluation of occupational disease hazards.The online monitoring system of occupational hazards usually consists of three parts:sensor part,centralized control unit,and data processing platform.Applying the system can realize the prediction of exceedance of hazardous factors,early warning,and emergency response.At present,the online monitoring system in the power industry focuses on safety production and environmental protection,and lacks application in occupational health.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to optimize the structure and improve the function based on the original monitoring system to realize the simultaneous monitoring,evaluation and response of safety production,environmental protection,and occupational health.
