我国高校涉外法治人才培养的现状分析及前瞻建议——基于十五所高校的考察 被引量:3

Analysis on the Status Quo of Foreign-Related Legal Talents Training in Chinese Universities and Suggestions for Its Future Development--Based on the Investigation of 15 Universities

摘要 选取首批入选法律硕士(涉外律师)研究生培养项目的15所高校为样本,对我国高校涉外法治人才培养的发展历程、课程体系和毕业生去向的现状进行分析。在此基础上,提出进一步推进我国高校涉外法治人才培养实践的建议:夯实国际法专业、学科和科学研究,巩固涉外法治人才培养依托的平台;加强涉外法治人才的需求侧改革,保证涉外法治人才的“出口”;加强涉外法治人才培养体系的规范化建设,制定涉外法治人才培养国家标准,为涉外法治人才的评价、涉外法治人才培养的师资准入、课程体系和教材建设等提供规范指引。 Taking the first batch of 15 universities selected for the postgraduate training program of Master of Law(foreign-related lawyers)as samples,this paper analyzes the development process,curriculum system and current situation of graduates’destination of foreign-related legal talents training in Chinese universities.Based on the analysis and findings,some suggestions are puts forward to further promote the practice of cultivating foreign-related legal talents in Chinese universities,including consolidating international law majors,disciplines and scientific research,and consolidating the platform for cultivating foreign-related legal talents;focusing on the demand-side reform of foreign-related legal talents to ensure the“export”of foreign-related legal talents.The national standards training for foreign-related legal talentsshould be developed to provide standardized guidelines for the evaluation of foreign-related legal talents,as well as teacher access,curriculum system and textbooks construction in foreignrelated legal talents training.
