摘要 为了实现对户外高压电缆线因处于施工区域而产生的外力破坏进行视频监测,基于光纤测振与视频监测方法设计了一种光纤区间电缆防外破系统。利用光纤测振技术达到对外破振动事件的实时检测,而视频监测技术自动对识别的外破振动事件进行目标识别与分类,该系统包含振动探测、入侵报警、模式识别、系统联动、模式切换、防拆保护、报警存储、故障报警、在线升级等功能。该系统可达到提高处理事件的实时性、降低损失的目的,可进一步降低巡线人员的劳动强度以及高压电缆发生外破的概率,有利于预防并制止外力破坏事件的发生。 In order to complete video monitoring of hidden dangers caused by external damage to outdoor highvoltage cables in the construction area,an optical fiber section cable anti-breakage system is designed based on optical fiber vibration measurement and video monitoring.The optical fiber vibration measurement technology is used to achieve real-time detection of external damage vibration events,and the video monitoring technology is used to automatically identify and classify the identified external damage vibration events.The system includes vibration detection,intrusion alarm,pattern recognition,system linkage,mode switching,anti-demolition protection,alarm storage,fault alarm,online upgrade and other functions.This method can improve the real-time processing of events,reduce the loss,and further reduce the labor intensity of line patrol personnel and the probability of high-voltage cable breakage prevention.It is beneficial to prevent and stop the occurrence of external destructive events.
