萃取剂对催化油浆抽提分离的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 以催化油浆为原料,以萃取剂+特性调节剂的多溶剂抽提分离方法,在剂油比2.5∶1、萃取温度60℃、萃取时间40 min的条件下,重点考察了5种不同萃取剂对催化油浆抽提分离效果的影响,通过分析富集组分的收率、芳烃含量、分配系数、分离系数等关键指标,优选合适的萃取剂。结果表明:DMF是综合性能更优的萃取剂,产物中芳烃组分收率、烷烃富集组分收率、芳烃收率分别为57.13%(质量分数)、42.87%(质量分数)、62.89%(质量分数)。此外,相比单一萃取剂,萃取剂+特性调节剂在相同条件下能够进一步改性芳香分类化合物的溶解性和选择性,对催化油浆抽提分离效果更好,有利于后续深加工利用。 Using catalytic slurry as raw material,based on the multi-solvent extraction separation method with extractant and characteristic regulator,under the conditions of solvent-oil ratio of 2.5∶1,extraction temperature of 60 ℃ and extraction time of 40 min,the effects of five different extractants on the extraction separation effect of catalytic slurry were emphatically investigated.By analyzing the key indexes such as the yield of enriched components,aromatic hydrocarbon content,distribution coefficient and separation coefficient,the appropriate extractant was selected.The results showed that DMF had the better performance,the yields of the aromatic hydrocarbon enrichment component,alkane enrichment component and aromatic hydrocarbon were 57.13%,42.87%and 62.89%,respectively.Furthermore,multi-solvent extractant method showed better solubility and selectivity,had more better separation effect and more conducive to processing,compared with single extractant.
