课程思政视域下高校野外实践教学创新团队建设

野外实践教学是高校地学专业人才培养的重要环节,对促进学生理论联系实际、培养学生正确的人地观和家国情怀等具有重要意义,而野外实践教学创新团队建设对学生高效优质完成野外实习任务起着关键主导作用。在对野外实践教学创新团队含义和特征分析的基础上,探讨野外实践教学创新团队建设的基本思路,精心遴选政治责任强、业务水平高的野外实践教学创新团队负责人和团队成员;组织团队成员积极开发野外实践教学教材,不断开拓新的野外实践教学路线和思政教学内容;加强野外实践教学创新团队考核与激励机制建设;构建野外实践教学创新团队外部保障体系;认真总结与反思及持续改进。

Field practical teaching is an important link in the cultivation of geoscience professionals in universities,which is of great significance in promoting students'integration of theory with practice,cultivating students'correct views on human nature and national sentiment,etc.The construction of innovative teams in field practical teaching plays a key leading role in students'efficient and high-quality completion of field internship tasks.Based on the analysis of the meaning and characteristics of field practice teaching innovation team,this paper discusses the basic idea of field practice teaching innovation team construction,and carefully selects the field practice teaching innovation Team leader and team members with strong political responsibility and high professional level;Organize team members to actively develop field practice teaching materials,continuously explore new field practice teaching routes and ideological and political teaching content;Strengthen the assessment and incentive mechanism construction of innovative teams in field practice teaching;Constructing an external guarantee system for field teaching teams;Carefully summarize,reflect,and continuously improve.
