狭窄空间四驱搬运小车机械结构设计

摘要 该文介绍一种基于麦克纳姆轮技术的四驱搬运小车的机械结构设计方法。借助麦克纳姆轮的运行特点,可以实现在狭窄空间内万向运动,重点是从减重和缓震两方面设计小车底盘。通过三维软件造型合理布局各个运动组件及控制系统的位置,再进行优化分析,简化结构,减少重量,最后选取多种弹簧进行运行对比,制作出符合设计要求的小车。该设计有效地解决小车在狭窄空间内行走的问题,对增大物料仓库的仓储面积起到重要作用。 This paper introduces a mechanical structure design method of four-wheel drive trolley based on Mecanum Wheel technology.With the operating characteristics of the Mecanum wheel,it is possible to enable universal movement in a confined space,with the focus on weight reduction and vibration damping when designing the chassis of the trolley.Using three-dimensional software modelling,reasonable layout of each motion component and control system is achieved,followed by optimization analysis,constructure simplification and weight reduction.Then a variety of springs are chosen to make the operational comparison to finally produce a trolley that meets the design requirements.This design effectively solves the problems that would occur when the trolley runs in a narrow space,thus playing a significant role in increasing the storage area of the material warehouse.
