胰岛素泵用于重症糖尿病患者治疗中的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Insulin Pump in the Treatment of Severe Diabetes Patients

为评价胰岛素泵用于治疗重症糖尿病患者的临床效果,选取2021年5月—2022年7月贵州省罗甸县中医医院收治的86例重症糖尿病患者作为观察对象,将患者进行随机分组,其中43例接受常规皮下注射胰岛素治疗,纳入对照组,另外43例接受胰岛素泵皮下输注胰岛素治疗,纳入观察组。对比两组患者治疗有效率和血糖达标时间、胰岛素使用量、低血糖事件发生率,并分析治疗前后其血糖水平和生活质量评分。结果显示,治疗后,观察组总有效率(93.02%)高于对照组(76.74%),有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)等血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血糖达标时间短于对照组,胰岛素使用量少于对照组,低血糖事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,重症糖尿病患者采用胰岛素泵皮下输注胰岛素治疗,有助于缩短患者血糖达标时间,减少胰岛素使用量,还可稳定其血糖水平,对降低低血糖事件发生率,提高治疗效果和生活质量水平有显著作用。

To evaluate the clinical effect of Insulin pump in the treatment of severe diabetes.From May 2021 to July 2022,86 patients with severe diabetes admitted to Luodian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guizhou Province were selected as observation objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,43 patients received routine subcutaneous insulin injection and were included in the control group,and 43 patients received subcutaneous insulin infusion with Insulin pump and were included in the observation group.Observe the treatment effectiveness rate,blood glucose target time,insulin usage,incidence of hypoglycemic events,and analyze their blood glucose levels and quality of life scores before and after treatment in two groups of patients.The results showed that after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(93.02%)was higher than that of the control group(76.74%),with a statistical difference(P<0.05);The levels of Glucose test#Fasting blood sugar(FPG),2hPG,Glycated hemoglobin and other blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had a shorter time to reach the blood glucose standard than the control group,less insulin usage,and a lower incidence of hypoglycemic events(11.63%)compared to the control group(30.23%)(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the treatment of severe diabetes patients with Insulin pump subcutaneous infusion of insulin is helpful to reduce the time of reaching the blood sugar standard and the amount of insulin used,and also can stabilize their blood sugar level,which has a significant role in reducing the occurrence of hypoglycemic events,improving the treatment effect and quality of life.
