中国(山东)自由贸易试验区青岛片区建筑领域碳达峰实施路径研究

本文围绕中国(山东)自由贸易试验区青岛片区(以下简称片区)建筑领域尽早实现碳达峰的目标,对片区实地调研并就建筑碳排放进行计算分析,按照国家《2030年前碳达峰行动方案》《城乡建设领域碳达峰实施方案》,研究片区建筑领域碳达峰实施路径,为片区有计划、分步骤实施碳达峰行动提供参考,也为其他片区制定相关政策提供经验借鉴。

This paper focuses on the goal of achieving carbon peaking in the building sector at Qingdao Area of China(Shandong)Free Trade Pilot Zone,calculates and analyzes the building carbon emissions of the area based on the field survey.According to the national Action Plan for Carbon Peaking before 2030 and Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in Urban and Rural Construction,this paper studies the implementation path of carbon peaking in the building sector of the district,so as to provide reference for the planned and step-by-step implementation of carbon peaking action in the pilot zone,and offer experience for other districts to formulate relevant policies.
