大理市社区医养结合认知现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on the status quo and influencing factors of community cognition of medical and nursing integration in Dali City

目的了解目前大理市社区医养结合认知现状,分析影响老年人选择社区养老的因素,促进社区医养结合在大理市的开展。方法在大理市随机抽取4个社区,每个社区随机抽取60岁及以上老年人进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计学分析。结果调查显示,选择家庭养老的老年人比例为94.0%,选择机构养老的老年人比例为1.5%,选择社区养老的老年人比例为4.5%。88.5%的老年人从未听说过社区医养结合,仅11.5%的老年人了解过。其中,38.0%的老年人希望在将来加入社区医养结合中养老。通过Logistic回归调查分析显示影响大理市老年人选择社区医养结合的因素有收入、婚姻情况、经济来源、子女数量、医疗花费。结论社区医养结合在大理市普及程度低,社区老年人对该养老方式知晓率低,但社区老年人对加入社区医养结合养老有较高意愿,市政府应该加大宣传力度,促进社区医养结合模式在大理市的广泛普及。

Objective To understand the status quo of community cognition of medical and nursing integration in Dali City,analyze the factors that affect the elderly to choose community elderly care:and promote the development of conmunity medical and nursing integration in Dali City.Methods In Dali City,4 communities were randomly selected,and the elderly aged 60 and above were randomly selected from each community for questionnaire survey,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results According to the survey,94.0%of elderly people chose family based elderly care,1.5%chose institutional elderly care,and 4.5%chose community based elderly care 88.5%of the elderly had never heard of community medical and nursing integration,and only 115%of the elderly had 1eamed about it.Among them,38.0%of the elderly hoped to join the community medical and nursing integration in the future.Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the elderly in Dali City to choose the community medical and nursing integration included income,marriage,economic source,number of children,and medical expense s.Conclusion The popularity of the community medical and nursing integration in Dali City is 1ow,and the awareness rate of the elderly in the community is 1ow.However,the elderly in the community have a high willingness to join the community medical and nursing integration.The municipal govemnment should increase publicity efforts to promote the widespread popularity of the community medica1 and nursing integration in Dali City.
