摘要
目的基础医学实验技术的能力对医学研究生研究水平的提高至关重要,为了提高医学研究生的实验技术水平,研究分析了翻转课堂在医学基础研究技术课教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10—12月同一年级的武汉大学第一临床学院硕士研究生46名,随机分为试验组和对照组,两组各23名学生。试验组学生采用翻转课堂的教学方法,对照组学生采用传统的教学方法,通过比较两组学生的期末考试成绩评估翻转课堂在研究生实验技能教学中的教学效果。结果对照组学生和试验组学生的理论考试成绩分别为(70.19±8.01)分和(87.19±9.11)分,两组成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);35%的试验组学生在实验操技能考试中获得A,而对照组中13%的学生获得A,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂的教学方法应用在研究生实验技能教学中明显地提高了教学效果,这将为培养具有创新能力的研究生提供了重要的技能保障。
Objective The ability of experimental technology is very important for scientific research in postgraduates.In order to improve the ability of experimental technology of postgraduates,the application of flipped classroom in the teaching of medical basic research technology is studied.Methods The same grade postgraduates of First clinical college of Wuhan University from October to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 23 students in each group.The flipped classroom was used in the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.The effect of the flipped classroom in the teaching of postgraduate experimental skills was reflected by the comparison of the final exam scores of the two groups of students.Results The test scores of the two groups were(70.19±8.01)points and(87.19±9.11)points,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).35%of the students in the experimental group got an A in the test of experimental operation skills,while 13%of the students in the control group got an A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of flipped classroom teaching method in the teaching of graduate experimental skills has obviously improved the teaching effect,which will provide an important skill guarantee for cultivating graduate students with innovative ability.
