浅析中泰资本市场合作发展的机遇和挑战

Analysis of Opportunities and Challenges in the Development of Sino-Thai Capital Market Cooperation Using SWOT Method

近年来,随着高质量共建“一带一路”倡议的发展不断深化,在区域经济一体化不断推进、中国-东盟自由贸易区建设不断完善的大背景之下,中国与泰国的资本市场联系日益紧密。2019年4月,中泰资本市场合作研讨会在泰国曼谷成功举行,深泰交易所建立中小企业跨境服务机制,该跨境资本服务平台进一步推动了两国资本市场的合作,并带来了一系列新发展的机遇和挑战。本文运用SWOT分析法,分析了中泰两国资本市场合作发展的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战,并提出深化合作的政策建议。

In recent years,with the deepening of the development of the"Belt and Road Initiative"initiative of high-quality co-construction,under the background of the continuous promotion of regional economic integration and the continuous improvement of the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade area,the capital market relationship between China and Thailand is getting closer and closer.In April 2019,a seminar on Sino-Thai capital market cooperation was successfully held in Bangkok,Thailand.The Shentai Stock Exchange established a cross-border service mechanism for small and medium-sized enterprises.The cross-border capital service platform further promoted the cooperation between the capital markets of the two countries and brought a series of opportunities and challenges for new development.By using the method of SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of capital market cooperation between China and Thailand,and puts forward policy suggestions for deepening cooperation.
