摘要
【目的】为了寻找准确度高、成本低的眼肌面积测定方法。【方法】试验以随机采样的30只哈萨克羊的眼肌面积为材料,在硫酸纸上描绘出相应轮廓,分别用三种不同方法进行测定,将求积仪法设为对照组,公式法和CAD图像法作为处理组,对各组眼肌面积的平均值以及组间差值绝对值的平均数进行比较,并计算三种方法测定结果的皮尔逊相关系数。【结果】处理组中CAD图像法与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),而公式法所得结果极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);CAD图像法与对照组差值绝对值的平均数小于公式法;公式法、CAD图像法与求积仪法均极显著相关(P<0.01),CAD图像法与求积仪法的相关性比公式法更高。【结论】求积仪法和CAD图像法测定结果准确,均可用于眼肌面积的测定,且CAD图像法在成本上更具优势,可作为求积仪法的替代方法,而公式法测定结果误差大,建议尽量避免使用。
【Objective】In order to find a method of eye muscle area measurement with high accuracy and low cost.【Methods】Taking the eye muscle area of 30 Kazakh sheep randomly sampled as experiment materials,and corresponding contours were drew on sulphate paper.Three different methods were used to determine the area,specifically,planimeter method was set as the control group,and the formula method and CAD image method as the processing group.The mean value of eye muscle area in three groups as well as the mean value of absolute difference among groups were compared,and Pearson correlation coefficients of the three methods were calculated.【Results】There was no significant difference between the CAD image method group and the control group(P>0.05),while the result obtained by the formula method group was extremely significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01);the mean value of the absolute difference between CAD image method group and control group was less than that of formula method group.The correlations between formula method,CAD image method and planimeter method were both extremely significant(P<0.01),the correlation between CAD image method and planimeter method was higher than that of formula method.【Conclusion】The results of planimeter method and CAD image method were accurate and could be used for the measurement of eye muscle area.Moreover,CAD image method had more advantages in cost and could be used as an alternative method of planimeter method.However,the measurement error of formula method was large,so it was recommended to avoid using it as far as possible.
