福州朱紫坊历史街区存量活化设计策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Stock Activation Design of Zhuzi Lane in Fuzhou

历史街区作为城市发展进程中延续传承的活态遗产,是城市文化和区域特色的深刻烙印。快速城市化促使历史街区面临失活困境。文章以闽江流域的历史街区——朱紫坊为例,基于城市更新转型期存量提升的背景,借鉴有机更新理论,以活化街区文脉为重点,梳理街区特质、总结失落原因、构建活化策略,以期在街区保护的过程中实现物质空间存量盘活、历史文化创新延续、非遗业态重构活化,为历史街区有机更新提供实践参考。

As a living heritage that continues to be inherited in the process of urban development,historic districts are a profound imprint of urban culture and regional characteristics.Rapid urbanization has led to the dilemma of loss of life in historical districts.The article takes Zhuzi Lane,a historic district in the Minjiang River Basin,as an example.Based on the background of stock enhancement during the transition period of urban renewal,the article draws on organic renewal theory to focus on the revitalization of the neighborhood's cultural lineage,sort out the characteristics of the neighborhood,summarize the causes of loss,and construct revitalization strategies.The aim is to realize the revitalization of material space stock,the continuation of historical and cultural innovation,and the reconstruction and revitalization of non-heritage business in the process of neighborhood conservation,in order to provide a practical reference for the organic regeneration of historic districts.
