摘要
作为国球的乒乓球,其发展一直强盛不衰,普及率较高,技战术也在不断演变和革新,而广大爱好者最为关注的还是发球、变化和相持能力。侧旋转弧圈球是一种调动全身进行协调发力的技术,相较传统前冲弧圈球具有更快、更稳、更隐蔽、更具威胁等特征,它是在中远台更加彰显相持能力的一项实战技术。这种技术的普及性不高,适应人群较少,其技术原理结构具有很大的研究空间。在教学训练过程中,学习者需要熟练掌握、运用这种技术,以便完善自身技术和综合实战能力;而教学者需要通过科学方式让学习者充分理解侧旋转弧圈球技术的特点和构成要素。本文主要通过实验法来分析侧弧圈球技术的主要特征,认识侧旋转弧圈球的优缺点,明晰侧弧圈球技术的教学训练方法,以此为提升学习者的综合竞技水平打下一定的基础。
Table tennis,as the national sport,has consistently thrived with a high level of popularity and continually evolving tactics and strategies.Serving,variations,and the ability to sustain rallies are of utmost interest to enthusiasts.The forehand loop with side spin is a technique that requires coordinated body movement and power generation.Compared to the traditional forehand loop,it boasts characteristics of faster speed,greater stability,increased deception,and enhanced threat.It is a practical technique that shines in rallies from mid to far distances on the table,emphasizing the ability to sustain play.However,this technique has limited popularity and appeal,with a smaller pool of adept practitioners.Its technical principles and structures offer significant research opportunities.In the process of teaching and training,learners must proficiently master and apply this technique to refine their own skills and overall competitive capabilities.Instructors need to employ scientific approaches to enable learners to fully comprehend the features and constituents of the forehand loop with side spin technique.This article primarily employs experimental methods to analyze the key features of the side spin loop technique,explore its advantages and disadvantages,and elucidate the teaching and training methods of the side spin loop technique.The findings aim to establish a solid foundation for enhancing learners'overall competitive level.
