禽致病性大肠杆菌病疫苗研究进展

禽致病性大肠杆菌病是一类由禽致病性大肠杆菌(Avian pathogenic Escherichia coli,APEC)引起的、严重危害家禽养殖业的禽类重要疾病。APEC血清型众多,容易产生耐药性并且还具备感染人的潜力,对公共卫生安全造成严重影响。疫苗接种能针对APEC产生较高保护效力,从而减少禽养殖业经济损失。禽致病性大肠杆菌病疫苗主要包括灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗和亚单位疫苗等。文章综述了禽致病性大肠杆菌病及其疫苗的研究进展,旨在为禽致病性大肠杆菌病的防控和疫苗的研发应用提供一定的理论参考。

Avian pathogenic colibacillosis is a kind of important poultry disease caused by avian pathogenic Escherichia coli(APEC),which seriously endangers the poultry breeding industry.There are many serotypes of APEC,which are easy to produce drug resistance and have the potential to infect humans,causing serious impact on public health safety.Vaccination could provide high levels of protective effect against APEC infection,thus reducing the economic loss of poultry industry.APEC vaccines in⁃clude killed vaccines,live attenuated vaccines and subunit vaccines,etc.The paper focused on the research progress of avian pathogenic colibacillosis and APEC vaccines,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the prevention of avian pathogenic coli⁃bacillosis and the applications of APEC vaccines.
