摘要
高标准农田项目投资效率评价对武威市高标准农田建设资源的合理有效利用及提高资源配置效率具有重要意义。本文通过CCR模型和Malmquist指数模型对武威市各县区2011~2020年高标准农田项目投资的效率进行研究,结果说明:武威市2011~2020年高标准农田项目资金投资效率相对较高,只有2013、2019、2020年效率值无效;武威市各县区的高标准农田项目投资效率呈波动上升趋势,技术进步和规模效率的提升是提高技术效率的主要原因。
The evaluation of investment efficiency of the high-standard farmland projects is of great significance to the rational and effective utilization of resources for the high-standard farmland construction and the improvement of the allocative efficiency of resources in Wuwei City.This paper uses the CCR model and Malmquist index model to study the investment efficiency of the high-standard farmland projects in all countries and districts of Wuwei City from 2011 to 2020.The results demonstrate that the capital investment efficiency of the high-standard farmland projects was relatively high in Wuwei from 2011 to 2020,while only the efficient values were invalid in 2013,2019,and 2020.The investment efficiency of the high-standard farmland projects in all counties and districts of Wuwei City indicates a fluctuating upward trend.Technological progress and scalable efficiency are the main reasons for enhancing technical efficiency.
