摘要
为筛选黑皮冬瓜白粉病高效低毒防治药剂,以25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂1000倍液、25%乙嘧酚悬浮剂1000倍液、42%苯菌酮悬浮剂1500倍液、50%硫磺悬浮剂500倍液4种不同药剂开展田间防效试验。结果表明,4种杀菌剂处理第一次施药后7 d防效达63.06%~83.18%,第二次施药后7 d防效达76.685%~93.840%,第二次施药后14 d防效达66.18%~84.84%。在试验剂量范围内,4种药剂均可在黑皮冬瓜上推广使用。其中,防治效果最佳的药剂为42%苯菌酮悬浮剂1500倍液,防效最高达93.86%,平均达87.22%。推荐在冬瓜白粉病发病前期或初期交替使用4种药剂中的1种,间隔7 d,连续施药2~3次,以有效防止冬黑皮瓜白粉病的蔓延。
In order to find out the efficient and low-toxic fungicides to control powdery mildew(Podosphaera xanthii)in black-skinned white gourd,this paper conducts field efficacy trials with four different fungicides:25%azoxystrobin suspension concentrate 1000 times liquid,25%ethirimol suspension concentrate 1000 times liquid,42%benzoidone suspension concentrate 1500 times liquid,and 50%sulfur suspension concentrate 500 times liquid.The results illustrate that the control efficacy of the four fungicides reached 63.06~83.18%seven days after the first application,76.685~93.84%seven days after the second application,and 66.18~84.84%fourteen days after the second application.Within the test dose range,all four fungicides can be widely used on the black-skinned white gourd.Among them,the best fungicide is 42%benzoidone suspension concentrate 1500 times liquid,with the highest control efficacy of 93.86%and an average of 87.22%.It is recommended to utilize one of the four fungicides alternately in the early or initial stage of powdery mildew infection in white gourd,with an interval of seven days,and apply them continuously for 2~3 times,aiming at effectively preventing the spread of powdery mildew in white gourd.
