摘要
对国外发布的10份全民数字素养框架进行内容分析,总结其指标内容特征和框架结构特征,在此基础上得出对我国开展全民数字素养教育的启示,包括以提升全民数字化适应力、胜任力、创造力为主要目标,重视网络伦理教育,关注特殊群体需求,分层次、分场景开展数字素养教育活动。
This paper analyzes the content of 10 foreign digital literacy frameworks for all people,summarizes their in⁃dicator characteristics and framework structure characteristics.On this basis,it draws inspiration for the de⁃velopment of digital literacy education for all people in China,including focusing on network ethics educa⁃tion,paying attention to the needs of special groups,and carrying out digital literacy education activities at different levels and scenes with the main goal of improving the digital adaptability,competency,and creativi⁃ty of all people.
