新时代高校师范生技能实践的综述研究及展望

On the Overview Research and Prospect of Skills Training for Normal University Students in the New Era

新时代呼唤高质量的基础教育,高质量基础教育需要高素质教师队伍,而高素质的教师队伍应具备新时代教育改革背景下的教学能力。提高师范生教师技能实践的能力是推动人才培养高质量发展、提升基础教育师范生竞争能力的关键。以2011年以来关于新时代高校师范生技能实践的核心文献为研究对象,从统计视角对师范生的教学技能实践的变化和趋势进行分析,提出符合新时代背景的师范生培养建议。

The new era calls for high-quality basic education,and high-quality basic education needs high-quality teachers,who should have the teaching ability under the background of educational reform in the new era.Improving the ability of teachers'skills practice of normal students is the key to promote the quality of talent training and the competitiveness of normal students in basic education.This paper takes the core literature on normal college students'skills practice since 2011 as the research object,analyzes the changes and trends of normal college students'teaching skills practice from a statistical perspective,and puts forward some suggestions for training normal college students that are more in line with the background of the new era.
