摘要
将四(4-氨基苯基)甲烷与对苯二甲醛在溶剂热的条件下通过席夫碱反应合成具有亚胺键连接的三维共价有机框架材料(COF-300).选取常规水热法合成的分子筛SSZ-13,并用3-氨基丙基三乙基硅烷将分子筛表面进行后修饰氨基化,最后与COF-300进行复合得到COF-300@SSZ-13复合材料.粉末X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和元素分析仪等分析结果表明,COF-300和SSZ-13具有高的结晶性,COF-300在与分子筛复合后,均匀地生长在SSZ-13表面,证明了COF-300@SSZ-13复合材料的成功制备.
The three-dimensional covalent organic framework(COF-300)with imine bond was synthesized by the reaction of tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)methane with terephthalaldehyde by Schiff base under solvothermal conditions.The molecular sieve SSZ-13 synthesized by conventional hydrothermal process was selected and subsequently aminated with 3-aminopropyl triethyl silane.Consequently,modified SSZ-13 was combined with COF-300 to finally generate COF-300@SSZ-13 composite.The results of powder X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and elemental analysis show that both COF-300 and SSZ-13 exhibit high crystallinity,and COF-300 uniformly grows on the surface of SSZ-13 after combination,indicating successful preparation of COF-300@SSZ-13 composite materials.
