摘要 针对大型供热锅炉在使用过程中所存在的排烟温度高、能耗大的不足,提出了对锅炉烟气冷凝余热深度回收系统进行节能改造的方案,采用换热首站对二次网回水进行提前预热,减少在供热过程中的能量消耗。根据实际应用表明,优化后的锅炉能够将排烟温度降低到25℃以下,综合节能率为11.3%,极大地提升了供热锅炉的应用经济性和环保性。 In view of the deficiencies of high exhaust smoke temperature and high energy consumption in the use of large heating boilers,an energy-saving renovation scheme is proposed for the deep recovery system of condensing waste heat from boiler flue gas,using the first station of heat exchange to preheat the secondary network return water in advance to reduce the energy consumption in the heating process.According to the practical application,the optimized boiler is able to reduce the exhaust gas temperature to below 25o,with a comprehensive energy saving rate of 11.3%,which greatly improves the economic and environmental protection of the heating boiler application.
