摘要
目的:评价武汉市某三甲医院各学科高级岗位设置的动态变化情况,为医院高级岗位设置提供参考。方法:建立Cobb-Douglas生产函数面板数据模型,计算该院2017-2021年全院总体(分为非手术组、手术组)和35个临床专科的学科评估总分,以及科室高级职称岗位数的弹性系数。结果:总体上,35个临床专科高级职称数量在近5年内的学科评估总分的弹性系数均大于0,少数专科的弹性系数大于1,大多数专科的弹性系数在0到1之间。结论:对于弹性系数大于1的学科,往往属于高级职称数量较少的弱势学科,增设高级职称岗位很有必要;对于弹性系数在0到1之间的大部分学科,高级岗位数量相对合理,应通过引入精细化的高级职称岗位管理体系来保持学科发展优势。
Objective:By calculating the elastic coefficient of the overall score for subject assessment to the number of senior professional posts in the clinical department of a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wuhan from 2017 to 2021,to evaluate the dynamic changes in the setting of senior posts of various disciplines in the hospital,so as to provide a scientific decision-making basis for the setting of senior posts in related disciplines in the hospital.Methods:The Cobb-Douglas production function panel data model was established to calculate the discipline evaluation total scores of the whole hospital(divided into non-surgical group and surgical group)and 35 clinical specialties during 2017-2021,as well as the elastic coefficient of the number of senior professional titles in each department.Results:On the whole,the elasticity coefficients of the number of senior titles in 35 clinical specialties were all greater than 0 with respect to the total score of discipline evaluation in the past five years.The elasticity coefficient of a small number of specialties was greater than 1,while the elasticity coefficient of the majority of specialties was between 0 and 1.Conclusion:For clinical specialties with an elasticity coefficient greater than 1,which belong to weaker clinical specialties with fewer senior professional titles,it is necessary to increase the number of senior professional title positions.For most disciplines with elastic modulus between 0 and 1,the number of senior positions is relatively reasonable,and the discipline should maintain its development advantage by introducing a refined management system for senior professional title positions.
