摘要 使用5E-CHN2200元素分析仪测定煤样中的碳、氢、氮含量,在方法标定、样品测定以及不同称样量对测定结果的影响进行了探讨。对部分煤标准样品和普通煤样进行测定,以验证本测定方法的精确度和准确度。结果表明:在精确度试验中,煤标准样品中碳、氢、氮含量的测定结果相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)在0.07%~0.68%;在准确度试验中,煤标准样品中碳、氢、氮含量测定结果与其认定值有较好的一致性,普通煤样中碳、氢、氮含量测定值也与使用其它经典方法的测定值基本吻合。本测定方法具有操作简单、分析周期短、准确度高、稳定性好等优点,能够满足煤炭分析领域的实际检测需求。 This method uses 5E-CHN2200 element analyzer to determine the content of carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen in coal samples,the instrument calibration procedure,sample measurement process and the influence of different sample weights on the measurement results were discussed.The accuracy of this determination method was verified by using the coal standard sample and the ordinary coal sample.The results show that the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=10)of the determination results of carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen elements in the coal standard sample is between 0.07% and 0.68% in the accuracy test.In the accuracy test,the determination results of coal standard samples by using the method are in good agreement with the recognized values,and the determination values of ordinary coal samples are basically in agreement with the determination values of other classical methods.The method has the advantages of simple operation,short analysis period,high accuracy and good stability,and can meet the practical needs in the field of coal detection.
