FOCUS-PDCA程序管理对急诊科医护人员仪器设备使用情况的影响

Effect of FOCUS-PDCA Process Management on the Use of Instruments and Equipment by Medical and Nursing Staff in Emergency Departments

目的观察分析将焦点管理循环(FOCUS-PDCA)程序管理应用在急诊科医护人员仪器设备使用情况中影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月新疆医科大学第五附属医院在职的54名急诊科医护人员为研究对象,纳入急诊科中的40件急救仪器设备。2021年1—12月采用常规管理法为对照组;2022年1—12月采用FOCUS-PDCA程序管理为研究组。观察分析管理效果、急诊科医护人员仪器设备使用情况、对设备维护满意度情况。结果研究组管理效果、仪器设备使用情况优于对照组,对设备维护满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科医护人员仪器设备使用中应用FOCUS-PDCA程序管理后管理效果得到提升,提高了急诊科医护人员仪器设备的使用满意率。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of applying focus management cycle(FOCUS-PDCA)program management on the use of instruments and equipment by medical and nursing staff in the emergency department.Methods 54 medical staff in emergency department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and 40 emergency equipment were included in the emergency department.From January to December 2021,the control group was managed using conventional management methods.From January to December 2022,the FOCUS-PDCA program was used to manage the research group.Observed and analyzed the effectiveness of management,the use of equipment by emergency medical staff,and scoring of equipment maintenance satisfaction.Results The management effect and equipment usage of the research group were better than those of the control group,and the management satisfaction score of using equipment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of FOCUS-PDCA program management in the use of instruments and equipment by emergency medical staff has improved the management effect and improved the satisfaction rate of the use of instruments and equipment by emergency medical staff.
