双向CLLLC谐振变换器的软起动及同步整流研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对实际应用中LLC谐振变换器存在许多问题,分析了适用于微网系统中连接储能系统的CLLLC谐振变换器的工作原理,利用基波分析法(FHA)建立变换器等效模型,得到其增益曲线,分析了谐振参数差异对增益曲线的影响。采用一种复合软起动控制策略,有效降低了启动过程中谐振网络中的冲击电压和电流。采用一种电流控制型同步整流控制策略,提高了变换器的效率。利用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真,仿真结果验证了CLLLC谐振变换器设计和理论分析的正确性。 The operating principle of the CLLLC resonant converter applicable to the connection of energy storage system in the micro-grid system is analyzed,the equivalent model of the converter is established by using FHA to obtain its gain curve,and the influence of the difference of resonant parameters on the gain curve is analyzed.A compound soft-start control strategy is adopted to effectively reduce the inrush voltage and current in the resonant network during the starting process.A current-controlled synchronous rectifier control strategy is adopted to improve the efficiency of the converter.MATLAB/Simulink is used for simulation,and the simulation results verify the correctness of the design and theoretical analysis of CLLLC resonant converter.
