乡村振兴背景下“三农”人才培养的困境与出路——对高职院校农林专业人才培养的思考

The Dilemma and Outlet of the Cultivation of Talents in Agriculture,Countryside and Rural Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Thoughts on the Cultivation of Agricultural and Forestry Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着乡村振兴战略的实施,对农业、林业的生产方式、发展模式提出了新的要求,农林专业人才是推动农林产业转型、升级的重要支撑。当前高职院校农林专业人才培养面临诸多的困境和问题,下一阶段要不断推动农林专业人才培养教育改革、完善人才培养模式、创新“三农”人才培养策略、提升农林校整体教学水平,积极寻求社会教育资源的支持,为农林专业人才的培养以及职业发展提供良好的社会环境。为我国现代农业、林业的健康、持续发展培养和输送专业化的“三农”人才,为乡村振兴战略的实施提供人才支撑。

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,new requirements have been put forward for the production mode and development mode of agriculture and forestry,and agricultural and forestry professionals are the important support to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural and forestry industries.At present,the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents in higher vocational colleges is facing many difficulties and problems.In the next stage,we should continue to promote the reform of agricultural and forestry talents cultivation and education,improve the talent cultivation mode,innovate the“three rural”talent cultivation strategy,improve the overall teaching level of agricultural and forestry schools,actively seek the support of social education resources,and provide a good social environment for the cultivation and career development of agricultural and forestry talents.Cultivate and transport professional“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”talents for the healthy and sustainable development of modern agriculture and forestry in China,and ensure talent support for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
