Research on the Value Chain of Public Data

针对公共数据要素提出了以数据采集汇聚、数据处理及融合、数据流通和应用为核心活动的价值实现过程,设计了包含数据级、特征级和决策级3个层次的公共数据融合模型,进行公共数据的多元价值构建。

This article proposed a progress from data collection,data processing and fusion,data trading and application to realize the value of public data.A data-fusion model contains field level,feature level,decision-making level was designed to produce various data value.
