河北省2006—2020年废弃物处理温室气体排放特征研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着中国经济飞速发展,废弃物产生和处理量逐渐增加,现已成为温室气体排放主要来源之一。基于河北省废弃物活动水平数据,结合《2006年IPCC国家温室气体清单指南》与《省级温室气体清单编制指南(试行)》,对河北省2006—2020年废弃物处理产生的温室气体排放总量进行核算,并对结果进行不确定性分析。河北省废弃物处理温室气体排放总量的最大值在2019年,为967.23万t(以CO_(2)为当量,下同),相较于2006年的最低值(582.74万t)增长了65.98%;废水处理是温室气体排放主要来源,且以CH4排放为主;垃圾焚烧产生的温室气体排放量增长最为明显,2020年比2006年增长了19.39倍,且排放占比增长了11.85倍。提出河北省废弃物处理温室气体减排建议,即推动高效低碳的垃圾焚烧发电厂建设、开展垃圾分类回收与餐厨垃圾厌氧消化处理、减少污水处理系统厌氧环境等。 With the rapid economic development in China,the amount of waste generation and disposal has gradually increased,which has become one of the main sources of greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions.Based on the activity level data of the waste sector in Hebei Province,the GHG emissions from waste disposal in Hebei Province from 2006 to 2020 were accounted for and the uncertainty of results were analyzed,taking into account“2006 IPCC guidelines for national greenhouse gas inventories”and“China’s guidelines for provincial greenhouse gas inventories(for trial implementation)”.The maximum value of total GHG emissions from waste disposal in Hebei Province was in 2019,which was 9.6723 million t(measured as CO_(2)equivalent,the same below),with an increase of 65.98%compared with the lowest value(5.8274 million t)in 2006.Wastewater treatment was the main source of GHG emissions,which was dominated by CH 4 emissions.The most significant increase in GHG emissions was from waste incineration,with 19.39 times higher in 2020 than in 2006 and its percentage increased by 11.85 times.Finally,the GHG emission reduction recommendations for waste treatment in Hebei Province were proposed,namely promoting the construction of efficient and low-carbon waste incineration power plants,carrying out waste separation and recycling,anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste,and reducing the anaerobic environment of sewage treatment systems.
