制动软管用EPDM胶料的研制 被引量:2

摘要 通过合理的配方设计,制备了具有优异力学性能以及耐热空气老化、耐DOT-4#制动液、低压缩永久变形和耐低温性能的EPDM硫化胶,并考察了生胶和过氧化物硫化剂对其性能的影响。结果表明,采用EPDM 4450S/EPDM 2650C并用,加入DCP硫化剂,制备的硫化胶具有更优异的综合性能,适用面更广。 EPDM vulcanizates with excellent mechanical properties,heat aging resistance,DOT-4# brake fluid resistance,low compression set and low temperature resistance were prepared by rational formula design.The effects of raw rubber and peroxide vulcanizing agent on the properties were investigated.The results showed that when EPDM 4450S was blend with EPDM 2650C and DCP,the obtained EPDM compounds had better comprehensive performance and wider application.
