摘要
新工科人才是推动国家和社会经济发展与技术进步创新的重要力量,不断地加强和完善对工程学科人才的培养是高校教育中必不可少的一环。该文首先对国内传统教育模式的弊端进行总结和分析;随后,提出贯穿构思、设计、实现和运作四环节的CDIO理念的OBE教学模式,该项模式的优势在于可以提高学生的综合素质;最后,探讨将CDIO教育理念贯穿到OBE教学的三种方式。依托上述方式,期望培养出更加符合当今社会人才需求的新工科人才,为社会的发展做出自己力所能及的贡献,加快实现民族事业的崛起,为实现中国梦添砖加瓦。
New engineering talents are an important force to promote national and social economic development and technological progress and innovation.It is essential to strengthen and perfect the training of engineering talents in higher education.Firstly,this paper points out and analyzes the disadvantages of traditional education.Then,the OBE teaching model with CDIO concept is proposed,which runs through the four links of conception,design,implementation and operation.This model can improve the comprehensive quality of students.Finally,it discusses three ways to integrate CDIO education concept into OBE teaching,hoping to train students more comprehensively and have the ability to complete practical activities.At the same time,it is also expected that the engineering talents cultivated can meet the talent needs of society,make their own contributions to the development of society,accelerate the rise of national cause,and contribute to the realization of the Chinese dream.
