微聚焦超声技术在提升面部皮肤治疗中的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析微聚焦超声技术在面部紧致中的临床疗效。方法选择2022年12月至2023年2月于本院接收面部皮肤紧致治疗的女性患者作为研究对象,根据纳入与排除标准筛查最终纳入30例,所有患者经过微聚焦超声技术行面部皮肤紧致治疗后,记录Visia检测照片,分别对比治疗前、治疗后即刻、治疗后3个月的面部轮廓形态、面部皱纹情况、疼痛情况,评估其术后治疗效果,并随访调查治疗后即刻、治疗后3个月患者满意度。结果治疗后即刻面部轮廓紧致评分明显提高,3个月面部轮廓紧致评分显著高于治疗后即刻,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后即刻WSRS评分明显下降,治疗后3个月WSRS评分显著低于治疗后即刻,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后即刻VAS评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后3个月VAS评分显著低于治疗后即刻,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后即刻,满意度达到(83.33%),3个月所有患者均非常满意,满意率(100.00%)明显高于治疗后即刻(P<0.05)。结论使用微聚焦超声技术进行面部皮肤紧致治疗可以有效改善患者面部皱纹,提升面部美观度和紧致度,大幅降低疼痛程度,即刻效果显著,持久度好,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。 Objectivs To analyze the clinical efficacy of microfocal ultrasound technology in facial tightening.Method Female patients who received facial skin tightening treatment in the dermatology department of our hospital from December 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,30 patients were screened and ultimately included.All patients underwent facial skin tightening treatment using microfocal ultrasound technology,and the Visia test photos were recorded.The facial contour morphology,facial wrinkles,and pain were compared before treatment,immediately after treatment,and 3 months after treatment,Evaluate the postoperative treatment effect and follow up to investigate patient satisfaction immediately and 3 months after treatment.Results The showed a significant improvement in facial contour tightness score immediately after treatment,with a significantly higher score at 3 months compared to immediately after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Immediately after treatment,the WSRS score significantly decreased,and at 3 months after treatment,the WSRS score was significantly lower than immediately after treatment,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The VAS score immediately after treatment was significantly lower than during treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score at 3 months after treatment was significantly lower than immediately after treatment,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Immediately after treatment,the satisfaction rate reached(83.33%),and all patients were very satisfied after 3 months.The satisfaction rate(100.00%)was significantly higher than that immediately after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of micro focused ultrasound technology for facial skin firming treatment can effectively improve facial wrinkles,enhance facial aesthetics and firmness,significantly reduce pain,have significant immediate effects,good durability,and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
