不同的微针深度微针与外用米诺地尔联合治疗男性雄性激素脱发的临床观察

Clinical observation of different microneedle depth microneedle combined with topical Minoxidil in the treatment of male androgen alopecia

目的研究不同深度微针联合外用米诺地尔治疗男性雄性激素脱发的效果。方法于我院雄性激素脱发的男性患者中随机抽取60例,分为对照组(30例,0.5mm微针治疗+米诺地尔)和观察组(30例,1mm微针治疗+米诺地尔),对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率(86.67%)和对照组(83.33%)对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组毛发直径(55.92±3.61)μm,毛发密度(40.71±2.80)根/0.457cm^(2),和对照组[毛发直径(55.73±3.54)μm,毛发密度(40.65±2.61)根/0.457cm^(2)]对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对照组VAS(3.62±0.58)分,满意度(90.47±3.36)分,显著优于观察组[VAS(4.27±0.65)分,满意度(87.21±4.13)分](P<0.05)。观察组明显疼痛4例(13.33%),瘙痒2例(6.67%),红斑2例(6.67%),出血4例(13.33%),合计12例(40.00%),显著多于对照组[瘙痒1例(3.33%),出血1例(3.33%),未见明显疼痛、红斑,合计2例(6.67%)](P<0.05)。结论0.5mm和1mm微针深度联合米诺地尔治疗均能达到良好的治疗效果,改善毛发直径以及毛发密度,按0.5mm微针深度疼痛感更加轻微,不容能够以出现不良反应,安全性更高,患者满意度更高。因此建议采取0.5mm微针深度和米诺地尔治疗脱发,可取得良好治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of different depth micro acupuncture combined with Minoxidil for male androgen alopecia.Methods 60 male patients with androgen alopecia in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the control group(30 cases,0.5mm micro acupuncture+Minoxidil)and the observation group(30 cases,1mm micro acupuncture+Minoxidil).The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Methods There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate of treatment between the observation group(86.67%)and the control group(83.33%)(P>0.05).Observation group hair diameter(55.92±3.61)μm.Hair density(40.71±2.80)roots/0.457cm^(2),compared to the control group(hair diameter(55.73±3.54)μm.There was no statistically significant difference in hair density(40.65±2.61)roots/0.457cm^(2))between the two groups(P>0.05).The control group had VAS(3.62±0.58)scores and satisfaction(90.47±3.36)scores,which were significantly better than the observation group[VAS(4.27±0.65)scores and satisfaction(87.21±4.13)scores](P<0.05).The observation group had 4 cases of obvious pain(13.33%),2 cases of itching(6.67%),2 cases of erythema(6.67%),and 4 cases of bleeding(13.33%),totaling 12 cases(40.00%),significantly higher than the control group[pruritus 1(3.33%),bleeding 1(3.33%),no obvious pain or erythema,totaling 2 cases(6.67%)](P<0.05).Conclusion Both 0.5mm and 1mm microneedle depth combined with Minoxidil can achieve good therapeutic effect,improve hair diameter and hair density,and the pain feeling is more slight according to 0.5mm microneedle depth,which can not lead to adverse reactions,with higher safety and higher patient satisfaction.Therefore,it is recommended to use 0.5mm microneedle depth and Minoxidil to treat hair loss,which can achieve good therapeutic effect.
