摘要
设计了一种陆基圆桶循环水养殖系统,并试验探究其应用价值。在系统中,圆桶通过管道与各池连接,养殖废水经过沉淀池、边池、生化池,然后返回水产养殖桶,形成封闭环。选用吉富罗非鱼(规格122 g/尾)作为研究对象,开展了养殖密度为50尾/m^(3)的养殖试验,在养殖过程中通过A/O水处理工艺控制养殖水体氨氮、亚硝酸盐、pH值、溶解氧等指标。结果表明,系统能够有效调节水质,罗非鱼正常生长发育,养殖周期118 d,个体平均质量达到783.6 g/尾,成活率97.5%,平均产量38.2 kg/m^(3)。
A land-based barrel recirculating aquaculture system was designed to explore the application value.In the system,the round barrel was connected with each pool through the pipeline,and the aquaculture wastewater passed through the sedimentation tank,side pools and biochemical tank,and then returned to the aquaculture bucket to form a closed loop.GIFT tilapia with an average size of 122 g/ind.were raised for 118 days under the density of 50 ind./m^(3).The water quality index such as ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,pH value and dissolved oxygen were controlled by Anoxic Oxic process.The result showed that,the water quality was controlled well in the system and ensured the growth of tilapia.The fish were harvested at an average size of 783.6 g/ind.with a survival rate of 97.5%.The average output was 38.2 kg/m^(3).
