星毛冠盖藤抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

Research progress on the anti-tumor effect of Pileostegia Tomentella

星毛冠盖藤又名肿瘤藤、消瘤藤,经现有研究和临床经验可证实,其所含的多种抑瘤成分能通过抑制增殖、促进凋亡、引发自噬、调节肿瘤免疫、影响细胞周期以及抑制血管生成等途径发挥抑瘤效果。本文就星毛冠盖藤的抑瘤成分和抗肿瘤作用进行综述,从而为临床治疗肿瘤疾病提供新思路。

Pileostegia Tomentella,also known as tumor vine and anti-tumor vine,has been proved by existing researches and clinical experience that its various anti-tumor components can exert anti-tumor effects by inhibiting proliferation,promoting apoptosis,triggering autophagy,regulating tumor immunity,affecting cell cycle and inhibiting angiogenesis.The article reviews the anti-tumor components and anti-tumor effect of Pileostegia Tomentella,which is expected to provide new ideas for the treatment of clinical tumor diseases.
